A 50% deposit will be required to confirm all appointments. This will ensure commitment by both parties. Cancellation will result in the loss of the deposit. If you have an emergency and you need to reschedule, please let me know and you will be taken care of.
A walk-thru will be conducted before and after each service. Walk-thru will be conducted in person or via pictures or facetime. Once the walk-thru is conducted and I depart the premise, I am not liable to address any concerns that were not addressed during walk-thru.
Before and after photos are taken at each appointment. Please disclose if you do not want photos posted to website or business page.
*Same day/ emergency appointments will be charged $50 same day appointment fee.* This fee will be applied to any emergency appointments within 24 hours or services provided.
All insurance claims will go thru Hiscox Business Insurance coverage. I am insured on EVERY booking!
If you find yourself needing to cancel an appointment, you must reschedule a new date within 14 days of cancellation. No arrangements within 14 days will result in the loss of the deposit/payment. The appointment can be requested for a date outside of the 14 day grace period. We understand things happen but there must be something set in place to make arrangements for the changes.
*PLEASE BE ADVISED... DISHES AND LAUNDRY ARE NOT INCLUDED IN ANY CLEANINGS. ANY DISHES WILL REMAIN IN SINK AFTER IT IS CLEANED OUT AND LAUNDRY WILL REMAIN IN THE IMMEDIATE AREA UNLESS INSTRUCTED TO BE PLACED IN A LAUNDRY BIN OR DESIGNATED AREA.
